The Fastest Tongue in Pinoy Hiphop

0
Pinoy Hiphop's Fastest Toungue
Pinoy Hiphop's Fastest Toungue

Rap etymologically means “fast read” or “spoke fast”. It may be from a shortening of repartee.[11]

Well, IM NOT saying that every rapper should have the same style or that every rapper should do double time, triple time (or anything thing they wanna call it)
It’s a style, syempre iba parin yung naiintindihan ung rap mo, but when it comes to “RAP” the first thing that comes into my mind (MINE ha) think of, is fast words.
Anyways enough of the nonsense intro and let me introduce to you to Pinoy Hiphop Fastest Tongues. By the way, instead of describing their style one by one, I will add videos of them doing what they do best. (No particular order)

SPECIAL MENTION:
* SHOCKRA
* TREYNUCKA-9
* 187 MOBSTAZ
* MALABON THUGS
* JUAN THUGS
* NEGATIBO

1Negatibo

So there you go anyways don’t hate. You don’t need to agree with me. I based this from fan votes and also added my own personal opinion (konti lang) o well it is what it is. Enjoy and share.

THANKS TO:
Arlo Angeles for allowing me to use some of his pictures. I used 2 to be exact and pasensya sa mga di ko napasalamatan na kinuhaan ko ng pictures.

Prettiest Face in Pinoy Hiphop

THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL/ACCURATE POLL, Since ilan lang din naman ang replies that I got but still every comment counts and the people have spoken 😀

Mirror Mirror on the who is the top dawg of them all 😀

Maria Herrera FHM Babe July PHS
Maria Herrera FHM Babe Month of July
The Goddess you are seeing right now is Maria Herrera the model and the
FHM Babe for the Month of July but who would have thought that this gorgeous and sexy young lady is also the female emcee formerly known as
 Cypha-Sis
who is a member of the all-female rap group named Heaven Sent. It was the year 1999 when Cypha-Sis appeared on the independently produced compilation of Bomb Ass Productions entitled Fo the Luv of It featuring fellow independent rap artist like Rapskallion, Flipjoint, Holla Fame to name a few and if I’m not mistaken she is the only female emcee that has a solo track on that album and the title is “Funk Shop”. She together with Heaven Sent was also included in the Classic Dj Arbie produced United Freestyles vol. I Mixtape. Then was featured on El Latino’s- Young & Dangerous
album and that is the last time we heard of Cypha-Sis and Heaven Sent. According to on her interview aside from modeling, she is currently working on an album but it is not clear if it’s gonna be a Hip-hop/Rap album. So let’s just watch out for that album not just on Maria’s Body. -EB

Ira a.k.a Dyme
Ira a.k.a Dyme. Only female member of Blanc
PROBABLY THE SIMPLEST, MOST DOWN TO EARTH CHIC YOU WILL EVER MEET. Ira a.k.a Dyme is the only female member of Blanc. One under Onethedd Productions

Did you know she’s the first one who knows who I am 😀

Hi-C Dice & K9
Hi-C of Dice & K9
Born and bred in Cebu City, Honeyleen Concepcion – Rosaroso or popularly known as “Hi-C” of Dice & K9 MOBBSTARR feme had easily caught the ears and hearts of hip-hop & pop listeners alike. Her unmistakable glossy yet sultry voice helped popularize hits like “Itsumo”, “BestFriend” and “Shake” which became quite a college radio phenomenon overseas. Hi-C ups the ante this time around as she gets ready to release her solo album aptly titled “Fountain of Youth”, a metaphor which represents music as the medium responsible for her seemingly timeless beauty. Having appeared twice on FHM Magazine and being the cover girl for Digital Photographer’s maiden issue, Hi-C had also branched out to different aspects of show business like modeling and acting. She has also appeared in the award-winning independent movie “Tribu” directed by Jim Libiran.
Her pop-star image, catchy hooks and undeniable acting talent may be all she needs to distill the erratic taste of today’s generation in terms of music and fashion

Random Interview: Tim Cashman | Pinas Lowridaz

0
Timothy Cashman Pinas Lowridaz
Timothy Cashman of Pinas Lowridaz

Na meet ko lately si sir Timothy Cashman sa Bikewars III for the first time, di kami gaanong nakapag usap but we are able to talk online and then na interview about some things including syempre the infamous PINAS LOWRIDAZ

So ano ano nga bang napag usapan naming dalawa? Read below:
PHS: Who came up with the idea of Pinas Lowridaz?
Timothy John Cashman: I did..Magkakaibigan lang kami noon.. No group but lots of lowriders..
PHS: Okey lang boss ako na bahala mag ayos nito before pa kayo naging isang buong grupo, you do make bikes like that?
Timothy John Cashman: Wasn’t that good but yes I made my own chopper bike before
PHS: Wow nice! and thanks sa picture sir, so nalaman mo lang din that others do choppers as well o you tell them to make ones too
Timothy John Cashman: Nah… Matagal na pala meron lowriders and choppers dito sa Manila. Nalaman ko lang when I met one of them. Right there and then I fell in love with them lowrider bikes
How do you make those amazing bikes binibili ba to sa inyo, or you guys just customize certain bikes when asked.

Timothy John Cashman: Yes. That was the goal noong binuo namin ang Pinas Lowridaz.
And so far we are proud na nag marka ang lowriders sa eksena. And nakilala ang Pinas Lowridaz. Pero marami din ibang lowrider bike clubs.
Most of the parts we use are handmade. Pinipilipit ang bakal by hand talaga. Real passion. Ginagawa lang pag may umoorder. Minsan yung iba binebenta buong bikes pag naguupgrade or nagpapakit ng bike.
PHS: I see, so you guys are not just a group na intersado sa lowrider bikes your passion makes you wanna be part of it as a whole as well pati ang pag buo nito. Who came up with the idea of BIKE WARS event?
Timothy John Cashman: Yeah. Lowriding is not just a hobby. Its a way of life.
PHS: Who came up with the idea of BIKE WARS event? and this thing about giving school supply is a very good move for you guys
Naisip ko na there should be a way paano namin maisettle mga issues. So naisip ko na why not have a bike show at dun patunayan ang sarili, dun patunayan sino maganda bikes, dun patunayan kaninong bike club ang organized. So Bike Wars came to mind.
So naisip namin na we should give back to the community as well.
The 1st Bike Wars was a toy at napunta naman ang mga laruan ito sa bahay ampunan.. But toys wouldnt last much.. So nag switch naman kami these couple of years to school supply drive. And it was a success.

Pero tagumpay ang lahat ng ito coz of everyone whos supporting us and the scene..
PHS: It was really a clever move that you guys used your passion para makatulong din sa iba. Nagkaroon ng saysay ang group dahil dun. Most likely random lang sa palagay mo sir why is it naging hiphop ang mga artist na kadalasang nakakasama sa bike wars?
Timothy John Cashman: Because lowriding is Hiphop as well.
PHS: Kunsabagay it originated with the lowrider cars
Timothy John Cashman: In my opinion, lowriding is the 6th element of Hiphop. And yes, lowrider bikes are from lowrider cars.
PHS: What mostly ang reaction ng mga tao when you guys use your lowrider bikes on streets
Timothy John Cashman: Mostly they’re amazed. Wowed by the blings and once they ask questions about the bikes everybody is in awe. Literally a head turner, neck breaker.
PHS: I can relate to that lalo na nung unang beses na nakakita ako. Sa palagay mo sir what will be the next step and move of the PINAS LOWRIDAZ?
Timothy John Cashman: We will be recruiting more members and continue what we do best, ride and influence the youth to join us instead of joining gangs and be hooked up to hard drugs. As for Bike Wars, we plan to take it to the next level but we would need major sponsors for that. Bigger prices bigger venue bigger better bike wars. Hopefully.
PHS: Any last words for the followers and people who support you? please give your shouts out too, sir.

Timothy John Cashman: Last words? I just want everyone to know na hindi lang puro angas ang Pinas Lowridaz. Were all about keepin it real&low and giving back to the community. Anybody who wanna get down with us, we here waiting to give a hand anytime.
PHS: Thank you, sir! salamat sa oras
Timothy John Cashman: I wanna give my shout outs to everyone who supported Pinas Lowridaz’ Bikewars 3 lalo na sa mga sponsors, models and artists specially to sir Ogie Alcasid who was our major sponsor this year. Keep it low as low but stay high as high, Pinas Lowridaz style.
Sure sir. Salamat din sa time. Thanks.
And there you have it, hindi lang puro angas ang Pinas Lowridaz, yes indeed kakaiba nga ito sa porma at itsura palang mapapansin mo, pero nagawa ng Pinas Lowridaz na tumulong habang na eenjoy nila ang kanilang nakahiligan. They gave back to the community, nagkaroon ito ng saysay, oh diba medyo BADBOY… 😀 and before we end it, enjoy PINAS LOWRIDAZ theme song: C’MON LETS RIDE by Flowmatics

Luckily I had the chance to talk to her ano nga bang mga napag usapan namin? Read below:

PHS: The first question you choose that moniker “Rechi” does that have any meaning? How did you came up with that?

PHS: Wow that quite a history huh, sa 4 years ng PHS lately ka lang ng pop up why is that? Kelan ka ba naging into music?

PHS: Pero do you consider yourself in the Hip Hop World? o banda tlg?

PHS: So that means at first your not really into it. What inspired you to do music, I mean you said gumawa kana nag sarili mong lyrics sino nag push sayo? Can i ask for a sample of that one too o wala pa?

Rechi (Leslie): Si…

PHS: So you never been with anyone artist yet?

PHS: If you ever visit the Philippines, are you willing to go meet the others and perform on stage?

PHS: But you really have a good voice iba nga lang talaga minsan pag sa stage and I’m excited to see you perform live one day too, so what are your future plans do you plan to make a mixtape, or you want to just have collabo?

PHS: Nice, you also have followers and fans what can you say to them?

PHS: It’s nice that you open to criticism as well, I’ll be honest di ko pa napapakingan ang mga songs mo most na napakingan ko ay covers, but it’s nice that your starting with this na, as far as boses ang pag uusapan well you really have a good one. So what can we expect more about you?

PHS: I know you will one day. Just keep that faith and hasain ang talent from time to time. Any last words from you, message for anyone and give a shout outs too
